Vertical Dumbbell

How do i improve my vertical leap for football.?
Well first of all some info about me. 5’3. Chinese, and I’m going to play football in 8th grade. I’m 13, weighing at 118.
I have a good guess of what my vertical leap is but i think its bad. it is around 14. I think the average for me is around 20. If it is wrong could you give me the right average vertical leap.
i really need to get this higher for football. its embarrasing. I want to be a linebacker and a tight end. I know for tight end you have to beable to jump high, and with my current vertical leap it cannot be happened.
I need workouts i can do at HOME not at gym, because I’m only 13 and i would be working out with a lot of strong guys around ages 20. So its more embarrassing that way. I have 10 p dumbbells if that helps.
please give me some workouts i can do. Thank you for all your help
(i would really appreciate people who has played football and had a bad vertical leap but suddenly got better before the end of summer)
