Can I place my cd changer in my glove comparment, instead of the trunk? T it harm the unit?
It should be fine. I Mine changed between three cars. Once in the driver's seat, once under the passenger seat, once in the chest. As long as it is mounted securely you should be OK. They do not heat or anything. In fact, many new cars have a CD changer integrated multi-disc in-dash radio. Much automobile manufacturers to custom stereo system together behind the dashboard or in the glove box if you can not see without opening a panel.
