What brand do you prefer for the race / training of the Cross? For adults / children? I used to be a fan of Nike irreducible, but now I am really Asics Gel I recently purchased. Also, do you find that you are taking a slightly larger running shoe casual shoes?

You must choose the shoe that fits your feet and your goal the better. I am unable to wear running shoes on the market the most because they are not wide enough and the builder puts the toes stupid on the riders that you can launch the eyes of snakes. In general, you take half larger in sneakers as casual shoes.
