Saucony Progrid
I have flat feet that roll in, do I cushioned shoe.?
Well I went to athletes foot and got my feet tested, and I have feet that roll in flatish, today I bought Saucony ProGrid Triumph 5 that were voted shoe race of the year, and are very cushioned.But im not sure they are shoes for me that I need a cushioned shoe?
Hi, I have the same problem. You can get orthotics, I've had when I was young. Those were their own, made after visiting a physiotherapist, she made molds of my feet and all …… they are great, but very expensive (for the most appropriate). You should be able to obtain inserts chemist. I bought a pair of asics kyano … They are soooo comfortable. Ask the shoe guy is me helped to choose the right one COZ, there are those to roll in and different to ride. If you "get used" as suggested previously, this could lead to another problem I have – my knee caps are not in the right position – they are actually irrelevant and backwards. They grind and sometimes when I just walk normal pace my knees buckle and I stumble: Good luck!
