Ninjutsu Know – 9 schools martial training in modern Bujinkan Ninja
One of the least understood aspects of modern Ninja training is taking and assimilation techniques, tactics and strategies of other schools throughout history. In fact, the Bujinkan Dojo Soke Masaaki Hatsumi, Director the current generation of the Togakure-Ryu Ninjutsu, includes techniques, weapons, and the teachings of at least 8 other traditional Japanese schools martial arts.
But rather than seeing these 9 schools as "styles" in the classic sense, modern practitioners should recognize Each school has helped her own strengths to the knowledge base. Instead of trying to separate and insulate each Ryu-ha as a different entity, because it was once-upon-a-time, modern students need to understand that training today reflects a very powerful model that is composed of best-of-the-best "from a wide range of sources.
The list of nine traditional schools, which are the foundation of training for the Bujinkan Dojo as well as the program I used for my own personal students, is offered here as an introduction the power that lies waiting for the student who is ready to take massive action and go beyond the concept of being a martial artist – simple to become a true warrior in every sense of the term.

The movement of this line uses long-range angular movement away from and back into the weaknesses of the aggressor.
