How high should my heart rate go when I exercise?
I am a woman of 28 years. I weigh 129 pounds and I am 5 feet 5 inches height. I'm on the elliptical for 30 minutes and the treadmill for 15 minutes every two days. Sometimes my heart rate rises to 175. Is it going?
