Cross Country Running Shoes Asics
Maybe skiing running shoes will be on normal roads for a mileage of time?
I have a comfortable pair of ski boots Asics athletic edge. I'm curious to see how it would hold up to run on the road for long mileage. I only run in normal running shoes on the road. Has anyone done along with mileage points on the road or run a half marathon or a marathon in them? This is like wearing normal running shoes? anything to be aware of? feet are more or less susceptible to injury?
Do you mean flats Running / tips? You really should not wear them for anything but a race. On the one hand, real metal spikes will be very uncomfortable if you use them on asphalt. They are intended to dirt and grass. On the other hand, they have not enough support for your feet. Shoes switches are small and have little padding to make you faster. If you wear them regularly on long runs, you'll have trouble. It's bad for your feet and joints! The people in marathons or half marathons usually wear regular running shoes because the spikes are not really help much that distance. Please, please wear normal running shoes.
