How often do you need to get new sprinting track shoes or spikes?
Because last year i got brand new sprinting track shoes with the spikes and I’m wondering when i should change the spikes or get new shoes?
It depends on how often you wear the shoes.
if you only use them for races then change the spikes and keep the shoes.
You can usually tell by looking at the shoes if they need replacing.
Unlike running shoes that have a cushion that you may be able to tell if they are worn out, spikes don’t have any cushion so if the shoe looks good it probably is good.
