Narrow at bottom, wide at top?
I went to the bathroom at school today. The three stalls were taken, and there are five urinals. The fifth, fourth, and second were taken, so I stood at the first next to “Bob.” “Bob” was standing quite a distance away from the urinal and had his shirt pulled up to his chin. So as I was walking toward the urinal, I couldn’t help but see. He had his penis and testicles resting on the elastic waistband of his underwear. And unless my eyes were playing tricks on me (which I’m sure they weren’t), his penis was a normal girth at the bottom and VERY wide at the top. I’m talking like wider than it would be if he had an erection. I am wondering if this could happen, or what could be wrong. Has he tried to use a penis pump or something? I certainly don’t know.
