spike suggestions for the mile and mabey 400?
im going to be a freshmen for track and ill need spikes for the mile, so this is gonna be my first time buying spikes. idk if this helps but the nike triax are the best shoe ever in my opinion, so what spikes should i get?
ya, you pretty much shouldn’t go wrong with nike spikes… just make sure when your buying them you know what distance they are for, cause it would be really bad and painful if you got sprinting spikes for distance. also, nike makes like long distance (usually for 400-5000) but then they also make super long distance ones for the 1600-10000 or more.. so go for the first ones if youre going to run the 400.

also.. make sure they for track – and have spikes.. cause some of them are like cross country shoes and don’t have spikes
and of course, its always good to try them on and get a feel for them, because all shoes are different, and choose the one that most comfortable for you – and spikes are not suppose to have a lot of room in them, there suppose to be pretty tight.
