Can a heart rate monitor need a chest strap to be exact?
I can get a Mad Catz Pulse Pak (wow, sounds super clear already, right?) Off the shelf for only $ 8, but is it just garbage? Do inch monitors have any value, or the chest strap is the only way to go? I am interested in this because my heart rate goes through the roof when I work out. I do not need any other time. Thank you!
Chest strap would be the best. But all the monitors that can be attached to your body will do the trick. But it sounds I like the chest strap, if I were you. Tagger
