MY FITNESS /EXERCISE QUESTIO IS why is it that there seems to be pig ignorant people whom are FOLLOWERS as
oppossed to leaders with fitness exercise regimes. why are these people SO SHIT SCARED…My question again is why is it ” the followers ” absorb so much crap these marketeers try and fob us off with….for example are kettlebells THAT good…NO… of course they are not. Lets get back to basic fitness training methods….a barbell is an invincible weapon when applied properly…..consider the bent press barbell against the kettlebell….NO CONTEST…how about the barbell deadlift against the kettlebell deadlift…WISE UP PEOPLE…No need to reply as i am sure you will not….Yours dissappointedly
Sounds like you need a paradigm shift. All exercise equipment has pros and cons and help different people in different ways. Marketers try to sell products and say that their product is better than X when the reality is that it is just different than X. When striving for fitness you don’t really want to limit yourself to one training method or rule out a piece of equipment. Kettlebells have good uses for building tendon strength, functional strength building, and core strength. Barbells are good for using heavy weight and creating big muscles. Dumbbells are good for creating symetry, and building strength.

The point is don’t compare equipment against each other, use them where they are practical.
