Any Athletes who know about Good Running Shoes(Cross Country Runners)?
Hello, Im on the cross country team on my high school and i just got new shoes, but im not exactly sure they r running shoes because no one on the team has shoes like the ones i just bought..

I ran varsity cross country and track in high school. I never really got addicted to any one brand of shoes. I think the best way of getting good running shoes is going to a Tortoise and Hare shop, or a RunningFit, or similar running store, and asking them to fit you with a shoe. You can pretty much trust whatever they give you to be good shoes, they know what they’re doing, and they sell quality goods. Hey, whoa, actually, those asics you have are the exact same pair i have. I love them, they feel really good and they are durable, but if you dont like them, then follow the above advice
