what are your fitness goals in life ?
What are your fitness goals in life ,is there anything special you would like to do like run a marathon or raise your benchpress to a certain amount and so on or just lose some weight and so on
When I was young my goal was to be as strong as possible for playing rugby 9I was a prop forward). I enjoyed running as well and at the end of my rugby career I went into training to lose a lot of weight and train for running. I eventually ran two marathons, one in 3h 6mins and the other in 2h 51mins. My goal was to get under 2h 30 mins and achieve elite runner status but unfortunately i suffered a back injury which prevented me from doing any training for six years. Nowadays, I only do light weights and exercises in the gym.
