What is a good online nutrition and exercise log for men (or unisex)?

Food and menu analysis are a must. I want something to detail my nutrition each day.

The site must be able to at least calculate my calorie usage, consumption, and recommended calorie intake.
If the site can offer guidance or workout plans that would be a great bonus, but it’s not necessary.

Most websites I have found seem to promote dieting and fitness for WOMEN. I am not really interested in setting goals for serious weight loss or ‘getting slimmer.’ I need something to tell me where I am at and where I need to be with all around good health suggestions.

Right now I use the US government’s mypyramid.gov which is okay but a little too basic.

Any ideas? Thanks.

As a personal trainer I recommended FitDay.com to my clients. I really like the advanced calculation features and the tools that allow you to track food that you regularly eat as well as new items.

The website also allows you to enter nutritional information on foods not found in thier database. You can also creat a variety of graphics from your dietary analysis.
