What shoes should I buy for cross country?
I want to run cross-country skiing, but I want a good pair of shoes. Nike Shox I, but I do not like them much. I need shoes for trail running. There is some brand called Oasics or base or something. Someone could give me a link? Thank you for the help. Is there an outlet anywhere I could buy Asics at discount prices?
For training only Asics they are very good! Jump to roadrunnersports.com. Then, for the race either get Nikes if you want to spend money. I recommend for Kilkinneys Saucony women! They only cost 40.00 and weighs only 6 ounces. These are cross-country races for apartments! Goog Luck!
