When it is said that a hand gripper is 200 lbs, how much more than that?
If I hang onto a bar with one hand and I weigh 200 pounds is that equivalent to tighten a clamp 200 pounds? "I just want to know what the equivalent resistance of 200 lbs is so that things do not turn it too easy or too hard when I buy
In fact, most pieces of exercise equipment such as quoting figures in pounds, even if it does not really apply. Bowflex is a good example of that. I doubt that your clip is actually equivalent to keeping 200 pounds.
