Why do I feel so fat??
My parents always tell me I need to lose weight. They say I am chubby. ANd that I’ve been eating way to much milk and bread. We’re asain. They told me I better go to the gym. Cause men don’t like fat women. I am 5’3 and weigth 120 lbs. My parents were right. WEnt I went to thailand to visit. I couldn’t I had really hard time buying clothes. They either didn’t have my size. Or I was a extra large over there. Over here in the us. I where a size 5 pants. WEll I went to La fitness and told them I need to lose weight. And they said that my bmi is 20 and that I didn’t need too. But than why does my parents always telling me I need to??/ I’m going crazy
How can i lose 15 pounds so I can make my asian family happy/
